Save and restart your DAW to load Analyzer Tap 0.2.3. Enable Audio Units in Live and rescan if necessary.
Older matching app and system AU bundles are backed up in /Library/Application Support/CODAW/Installer Backups. A prior manual AU in the current console user's Library is moved to their Co-Logic/AU-backups folder, avoiding duplicate versions. Other users should review their own manual AU copies.
Your settings, credentials, songs, controller rows and drafts are preserved. No DAW is restarted automatically. Measurements are sampled insert-point data, not whole-programme loudness or true peak.
